The earlier you request assistance, the quicker attempts can be made to prevent a bad debt occurring.  For whatever reason, whether a customer/client cannot or will not pay an outstanding debt, we can help negotiate a settlement.  Not all negotiations will result in settlement and you may need to take legal action to recover the money you are owed.  If the court successfully awards you a decree against the debtor, this does not always result in payment and we can assist further on the different methods of collecting the debt.
